All his suggestions are along the lines of "if you find yourself running out of gas frequently, make note of the problem and endeavor to fill up the tank more often". Honestly. Complete waste of time and money. Not to mention it is written in larger than normal type and double spaced. So the 190 pages is more like 80. And even those are without any value whatsoever. Communication is how we share our ideas, manage conflict, consider tough topics from an unbiased perspective and is a key part of analytical skills. You want to improve your critical thinking then this book is for you, these are skills that can be learned and improved by anyone that puts in the work. It doesn't go too crazy complicated, but is a great supplement to have while trying to improve your analysis skills. A lot of insight broken down into the revise-it-yourself method.
